While most of our training programs are classroom oriented, our interpersonal, leadership and team building programs are also conducted in the open. We select the most serene and yet vibrant locale to conduct these special programs. The lessons are imparted to the participants through a variety of sporting activities and games and key workplace lessons are drawn and highlighted for easy learning.

Learning through self-experience is always the best form of learning. The lessons learnt this way is absorbed by the participant and is remembered for ever. Outbound training is fun and exciting. Our professional facilitators have the capabilities to debrief and bring out the lessons to learn so that the participants gain skills that are very much needed at the workplace through the experience.
